Debates are crucial if you want the highest office in the land. He won't be able to compete with Democrats if he gets the nomination.
Romney won that debate in my opinion.
Rhi I would just like to point out that John Kerry won all of his debates against George W. Bush and was still not elected. So debates do not hold that much sway over voters.
Sure Romney did well in the debate but he also had people whispering to him what to say, and that is a FACT, it could be easily heard on the broadcast.
